Terms of Services
Commissioned work can only be used for personal use, NOT commercial use, UNLESS the client, pays for the commercial use rights.
Completion can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 months (1-3 weeks on average) after work has been started
You will be required to pay a 20% refundable deposit in order to reserve a slot and be placed on my waitlist.
If I am unable to finish your commission I will refund you in full.
As the artist, I have the absolute right to my artwork. This includes posting the work on my socials and adding it as a part of my portfolio. However, I will be posting a low-quality version for safety purposes. If you do not want me using this for anything in specific, please let me know and we can discuss it.
I do not allow the use of my art for AI or NFTs under any circumstances.
You can ask for major changes during the sketching phase only. Once you've confirmed the sketch is good then only minor revisions will be allowed.
The client must credit me (@remiriin) as the artist, or have a link going back to one of my socials if they wish to post it.
